House Rules

Anything caused by the last guests before you will be experienced by you if we can’t fix that in time, therefore the rules are set to protect you not to restrict you.

Please read our house manual as soon as you have completed the booking completed, it is very important to ensure you have smooth and safe check-in progress. We will not be responsible for any complaint arising from not reading our house rules and house manual.

  • Tenants must keep the premise & room clean & tidy at all times. Any damage/broken furniture/facilities need to report immediately and will charge accordingly in the case careless from said tenant.
  • Tenant must lock their room and the premise doors, every time they enter or leave the room or premise.
  • Tenants are responsible for safe keeping their personal. We do not take responsibility for any losses of items.
  • Tenants must keep the kitchen, bathroom, dining room and other shared rooms clean and tidy at all time. Tenants must wash their own dishes immediately after use.
  • Smoking is STRICTLY prohibited in the house.
  • Tenants must not keep any flammable or illegal items in the premise or room.
  • Tenants must not move or damage any furniture and equipment in the premise.
  • Quiet hours shall be at 11pm to 8am on weekdays, and 11pm to 11am on weekend. During these hours, tenants may not play loud music, operate heavy machinery, or make any loud noises, which may disturb their neighbors.
  • Tenants are responsible for the behavior of their guests. Any violation of the house rules by the tenants’ guest will be treated as a violation of house rules by the tenants.
  • All visitors must leave the premise by 12am. Overnight guest is not allowed, unless permission from Hafizzi Ramat Solutions (HRS) management has been obtained in advance with valid reason.
  • Tenants shall maintain their apartments in a condition that does not create a fire and/or health hazards, including repulsive odors.
  • Tenants must not bring any pets into the house.
  • All rubbish must be placed in the rubbish bin provided.
  • Tenants must not do anything that is nuisance to another neighbor.
  • Illegal activities and item, such as drugs, are STRICTLY prohibited in the house.
  • Tenant must register their vehicle (if any), and shall not be blocking the driveway or caused any inconvenient to the neighbors at all time.
  • Tenants who lose their keys will be penalized RM100 for replacement of the keys.
  • Tenants who lose their access card will be penalized RM200 for replacement of the access card.
  • Tenants who misplaced their access cards, keys or accidentally lock their key inside the room will be penalized RM30 (from 0900 -2200 hours) or RM50 (2200 -0900 hours) to unlock the door, subject to support team availability.
  • In case of operation issue, please kindly contact Hafizzi Ramat Solutions (HRS) or any feedback or emergency, please kindly contact your respective sales agent, if support team couldn’t be reached.
  • Hafizzi Ramat Solutions have the right to add on and amend the house rules whichever necessary to ensure the harmony and safety both party being practice accordingly.

In case of any violation of the house rules, management reserve the right to send the tenant a warning letter in writing, as well as the right to terminate the agreement immediately, with or without the deposits refunded. Management will launch police report for any suspicious illegal activity found.
